Runnning Fog Lights

I am looking to install running fog lights in the front bumper. I have rarely seen this, and i think this is because it seems difficult. I personally like the look of lower fog lights, and a good 2 days of tinkering.

Has anyone installed fog lights into the lower spaces in the front bumper? If so lemme know how it went and post your pics!
