Sean and I just replaced the water pump in 1 hour! That was pretty quick IMO but on with the topic. My car never hits normal operating temperature. I already replaced the thermostat a month ago and my electric fans never turn on. I do highway driving so my water temp gauge reads 150 but my stock gauge never hits its normal point. It just sorta stays between 3rd bar/2nd bar.

Any ideas?

9 times out of 10, your temperature sending unit has failed and is only operating at 60% accuracy. Common issue with these and most other nissan motors and is a very simple fix by simply purchasing a new sender and "VOILA"............

Get a new sending unit. I think I got one for a pulsar. You might be able to use one from a KA as well, but I don't know if it will thread in or not.

That plug seemed to work but dam does a koyo radiator cool that well? My fans still never kick on and my temps still go below.
