Hello,

How do you know if the RPM is set correctly? I'm still feeling slight vibrations while going under 40mph, not sure if adjusting the RPM can get rid of the feeling?

Is AWD on all the time or do you have to turn it on? What's the best thing to do in order to get better MPG?

Also, next to the gas gauge, why does it say Icy sometimes? Does that mean AWD kicked in?

Last, are you guys experiencing loud engine sound when taking off? Almost like you're driving a V8 engine?

I believe the engine vibrations at that speed are standard. As for Icy I believe it is temperture sensitive. So if it falls below 32 degrees it displays icy weather it is or not.

I also believe AWD is not permanetelly on adjust as needed.

Better gas mileage obtained with FWD models

This is normal for the Rogue it saves fuel by getting into a high "gear ratio" and a low rpm.

2.Is AWD on all the time or do you have to turn it on?

It is automatic and comes on at lower speeds only when needed I believe. Read your manual

3.What's the best thing to do in order to get better MPG?

See number one... a light foot and low rpms = better fuel economy.

4.Also, next to the gas gauge, why does it say Icy sometimes? Does that mean AWD kicked in?

Look at you manual it details this, its a tempature warning

5.Last, are you guys experiencing loud engine sound when taking off? Almost like you're driving a V8 engine?

It is normal for CVT equiped vehicles also see #1... a heavy foot on the throttle = less fuel economy, more engine noise. If you watch your speed you will note that you do not have to make the engine buzz in most situations to have a good rate of accleration, its part of adapting to a CVT equiped 4cyl vehicle.
