Roof rails

Ive been meaning to take my roof rails off and color it with matte black to change it looks since i have a monochromatic looking suv (i have silver). I also plan in getting a matte black spoiler and black wheels but the rails is the problem. i dont see any screw on the outside to take it off easily. Seems like you need to take off something inside.

Help pls :D

I think you will need to purchase the service manual ($200) for that information.
