just got my new Cube, and i am looking at roof racks to carry my bicycles. i have the Yakima Q-Rack setup from my previous car,and am wondering if i could atach it to something under those black strips on the roof? before i go pulling these things off of my car, i thought i would see if someone else has figured it out... (there doesnt appear to be any roof rack option available from nissan for this purpose.)

i did my research and have found that for the yakima Q-Rack system, the q-31 clips front and rear, with the standard q towers, and bars at least 58" long (this is a WIDE roof!, the bars i had and had used on 4 previous vehicles were short by 10 inches.) i have the parts on order with a buddy of mine at a bike shop in Houston. i'll post pics when it all comes in and is installed.btw, the black rails on the roof are useless for anything rack related, we experimented, to no avail.
