Rockford Fosgate Sound System

Does anyone have the optional sound system? How does it sound? Oh, and does the original one have an auxillary input too?

I have the regular system which does have an aux in but does not support mp3/wma CDs. The base system sounds fine so if you get the upgraded one it should be quite loud.

I have a 2005 1.8S and my sound system sounded pretty good for factory. My buddy has a 05 spec v with the fosgate system and the sub seemed to be bottoming out, but he thinks it sound good. So whatever, its worth the upgrade though

I have an '07 2.0S with the Fosgate system and it blows the older systems away ten-fold. The new one has the tweeters in the dash (which I hate on all GM cars) 6X9" speakers in the doors (mids) tweeters in the rear deck next to TWO 8" subwoofers. The bass is deeper and louder. I was considering throwing my old system in the car but I honestly don't need to.
