Well, im new to the forums (this being my first post) and i have been searching through all the stickys and cant simply find the answer to my question so sorry if this is answered somewhere else on the forums i just can't seem to find it.

My question is: will 19" rims fit onto a 1996 i30 without having to lift the car? I think that they will fit just fine but my friend seems pretty convinced that he is right in saying that they wont fit. Im just wondering because i just bought a i30 2 days ago and am planning to put rims on it in the near future. Thanks.

Welcome to NICO.

You can run 19" wheels, but that would call for 2__/35-19 tires. I would be scared as hell to run tires that thin. You'll be looking at a blowout or bent rim with any pot holes you hit.

he's right man anything that thin is going to risk bending a rim, especially since they are aftermarket wheels and are not really to strong ne ways
