you had to get a a wider tire due to the new rim width. the stock rims are only 15X6

But the rims that FD3S is showing are also 15x7's, like TheClevelandSound's.

All I can say is my 7" wide rims are rolling 215's. It's possible the 185's ARE too narrow, or maybe there is a difference between the lips on the two wheels and one can accommodate the smaller tire, while the other can't.

I'm sure the 185/15 could be made to fit on the 15x7 wheel, just they probably didn't want to and told you you needed bigger (but its best to have a wider tire otherwise a wider wheel is useless).

I would go no less than 205 tires on a 7" wheel. 215 and 225 (possibly) as options.

no actually u are incorrect. The bead has a 50% chance of breaking if u put those rims on. They will tell u that at any shop. I just went to get my rims put on, but the used tires i bought were pieces of **** so they wouldnt do it and also they all werent H types. Im sooo pissed, everything possible has happened wrong. I will never ever have these rims on my car.
