Interior neons by themselves are not considered as rice.

Rice is slapping a huge wing, fart pipe, etc. onto your car. The only way neons make your car rice is if you add too many (i.e. neons on the exterior and the interior).

Nice job!! I have that same setup in my Civic. Did you add any to the rear floorwells, too?

well... sorry to dissapoint... I did the liscence plate too ha ha. Could'nt resist. Umm didnt do rear wells cause there are no lights. Only in the doors.

Dang...IMO, colored LEDs would look better. The neon frame is a tad overboard.

Oh, & I think green neons would have looked better with the stock colors. Blue isn't a bad color, though.

Agreed. thats why I put the lights in stead of the frame.
