I wouldn't necessarily consider that one rice... that's just poor taste/ tacky looking.

I'd say to be rice, it would have to be somewhat "Racer" inspired

sorry, but I am going to have to disagree, that is excellent bodywork, clean lines, it actually doesn't look terribly tacky.

thats really really good lowrider customizing. Go pick up a lowrider mag, that is not rice.

i find this highly incorrect. i am a very big muscle car guy. born and raised under chevys, and i do not consider all imports ricers. i consider them tuners, but it takes a special douschebag to earn the title rice.

and even the muscle car camp has a title for these, Rice A Roni, the san francisco treat.

I just find it funny that most riced out cars don't belong to Asians at all, 98.8% of them belong to those of a Hispanic decent. I see an Asian of any decent in a car that looks even mildly hooked I tend to stay clear as experience has taught me that they will pull out some sort of mystic Asian magic and their car will generally smoke anything you bring to the fight.

I own a couple mustangs and I don't call people ricers unless they deserve it. I mean having knock off 2pc wheels with a fake cf wing and fiberglass body kits is pretty much a ricer to me. I have nothing against real JDM cars and mods but there are some people who just try to hard. Dual exhaust on a FWD car? come on who are you trying to fool. Every time I see the letter R on any car I just think it's a Ricer! I have way more respect for a de-badged car with simple mods....
