Well, I leave from Tempe, AZ around 1am, I think, then getting there around 6am and staying at a Motel 6 to rest a while.Then, going to go to the strip and walk, ya know the usual Vegas stuff, party, etc.Leaving Monday. In the afternoon I think. My GF and two friends are going---I'm driving..lmao so you will omst likely be able to see my V all trashed and buggy from the drive.

Oh, that's cool. I love it over here. St Rose/Eastern is a nice place to be.

My bro and I are just down the street at Bermuda/Silverado. I've put out a ton of offers on houses, though, so who knows where i'll be in a month or two.

Yes and no. The prices are fabulous. But, they are so low that there are a million investor types dropping cash to pick up rentals. I've offered on 13 houses now, with 20% down, 6 months cash reserve, always at or above list price and have yet to be the 'strongest offer'. 5 of the properties I offered on were paid for in cash (all in the 180-235k range), that I know of.

So, yeah. If you can find a house that you like and are lucky enough to buy it, its a fabulous time haha

Cause I cant haul quads in it lol. I loved that car an all but I love quading too. And my quad isnt street legal so I cant ride it to where I normally go. Plus a trip to Yuma for the dunes is fun every now and then.
