Replacing Sunroof in S13 Coupe

Anyone already done this? My sunroof glass is shattered, and I need to replace it. It looks fairly simple, but I'm wondering if it is. Do you have to replace the seal, or can you just replace the whole thing. I'm probably going to be getting the glass from a salvage yard, so it may still have the seal on it. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If you are going to go through the trouble of replacing the sunroof, make sure your seal is still in great shape and not crushed in anyway shape or form. Also use some weather caulk around the seal to ensure a water tight seal. Any caulk that leaks out from then you apply pressure, just wipe away. Any that dries out just use your finger and rub away for that nice clean look. I replace a sunroof in my Monty before, took roughly 3 hours but then again thats including coke and smoke breaks.

Rome, why you asking that on here? You know you won't get the right answer from these clowns. Anyway, glass and seal are one-piece, unbolt from underneath and lift out, drop new one. I have no idea why you want to caulk a moving roof. Weird.

ya....doesn't it just come off after pushing the 3 little buttons like on the S13 fastback?
