Last night someone went on a window bashing theft spree that ended with my Driver Side Back Small window being hit but nothing taken because my alarm spooked them off. Went to see about replacement and was told I'd need to find a junkyard one and bring it in for them to install because supply was not available. My question is what should I expect at the junkyard once I get the door panel off? Does the window just pop out? Does it take some finesse? Anyone with experience and/or knowledge willing to shed some light on the experience will be appreciated.

I don't recall ever having one out and I can't find anything in the FSM, but I believe it's just a fitted gasket. From the parts drawings it appears that if you remove the sliding glass and the sash piece separating the panes, the small pane should slide out. I think I'd be prepared with a full can of WD40 and some plastic prying tools, but I don't see anything that looks like the adhesive used on the big rear panes.

Removal at junkyard was a success. Took out the screws of the door panel, removed it. Removed 10mm bolts for window motor. Only two more remained, but hidden behind the metal attached to the large window. Given it was the junkyard I put all my weight into it and "peeled" back the metal enough to have clearance for a small 10mm wrench to fit. Once I got those bolts removed and window pushed down and out of the way I had access to the small window. I didn't bring WD40 but I did bring a plastic prying tool. I bent the S@it out of the piece (sash) that held the big and small windows together, getting it out of the way. I had to rip the rubber that holds the window. You have to peel back the rubber at the top and bottom to give the glass better clearance. Then I used the pry tool to shimmy, bit by bit, the small window towards where the large window was. Got it. Then Glass Place tells my insurance won't cover because I sourced my own glass. Ha! Called insurance (State Farm) and they straightened it out. Thanks for the tip VStar!
