Replacement QX4 navigation buttons?

Hi, anyone know how I can get the QX4 navigation buttons, someone used to make them. Thanks

I'm surprised by the high number of posts I've seen on this forum and numerous others, regarding this apparent common issue. What I haven't seen is a simple button replacement purchase option. Purchasing used navigation and climate control units from eBay or the junkyard, in order to salvage the buttons from those, is the only viable option I have seen.
