Replacement Key Fob

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Just purchased an 08 EX35 with only one key. Dealer cost is close to $300.

Is there a way around this for lower costs besides a time machine and not buying this vehicle?

EBay keys usually work fine if a) they're new, not used or refurb, and b) you match the Nissan/Infiniti part number. Do not under any circumstances go by appearance or make-model-year. If the vendor can't tell you the matching p/n, find another vendor. You can get the correct p/n for the fob by visiting InfinitiPartsDeal.com and plugging in the vehicle VIN.

Thanks for the website! Seems I would purchase the fob there and still need to take to the dealer to program?
