Replace Premium Backseat?

Hi All,

Here goes. I'm looking at buying a 2010 SV that has the Premium Package...and I really don't like those bucket seats in the back. I'd much rather have the standard 60/40 folder. I'm hoping that the body is the same and I can swap out the backseat, but I'm really hoping that someone can give me a 'yay' or 'nay' on the mechanics of this. I'm not worried about any included electronics, I can mod those to make them work...but if the bolts / cutouts / etc don't fit then I'm hosed.
