Doing my fuel pump in 1994 q45.

I got instructions from q45.org but the instructions seem to be different than mine. It says pop some blue cips out where sundeck and top of back seat meet. I cant figure this out. Can someone help me?

nevermind figured it out was missing 2 outside screws on the bottom.
