remove trunk lid lining

The trunk lid lining is attached by these little clips, circle shape with 4 bumps on it and a smaller piece in the middle of that. How do I remove them without breaking anything? I want to take the nissan logo off today so I can paint it and put it back on. Thanks

Not sure if yours is the same as mine but you just have to lift up the middle piece with a small flathead screwdriver and then pull them straight out.
