Hello

I have a Nissan Versa 2008 and both my headlights suddenly went out. I have checked the fuses and relay, and both are okay. So my next step was to check and possibly replace the headlight switch. I unscrewed 2 screws under the steering column, but I cannot get it separated. It seems it is on the side where the headlight switch is. There is a deeper hole, that I cannot see all the way in on that side as well, that seems to be the problem, but cant figure out how to get it fixed...it doesn't feel like there is a screw in it when I use my screwdriver.

Does anyone know what it could be, or is there a diagram somewhere that can show me how to get it apart?

Thanks so much for your time.

Janet

I changed my light switch to add fog light control. I believe there were 4 screws to remove and it was easy to take apart and change.
