Removal of Dome Light Switch M56

Going LED in my dome lights, but socket has reversed polarity....how did Infiniti get this wrong?

I was going to try to reverse the wires, but I could not get the dam switch panel off.

Using plastic body panel tools, I tried prying on the most forward portion. I nearly broke the tiny strip of plastic.
Also I have ugly dents in my headliner.

Is there a trick to getting this off?

I looked at used parts on ebay and it looks like just two spring clips.

Probably one of those 'it's been installed so long you're gonna need to put some beans into it' deals...just be careful. Worst case you get another one...
