Grilled Pancette Wraped Prawns with Lime and Cilantro

Makes 20 Servings____________________________________________________ 2 lb. (or 900 g.)Prawns 1 lb. (or 450 g.) Thinly sliced Pancetta 40 Bamboo skewers, soked 2 tps (or 9 g.) Olive oil 2 Limes 2 Gralic cloves, minced 1/4 c. Cilantro chopped salt & pepper to taste----------------------------------------------------------------------

Method:1. Remove all but the last segment of shell form the prawns and devein.2. Wrap the center of each prawn with pancetta, overlapping the slices as you wind it around the prawn meat. Skewer the prawns allowing some space between them to allow the heat of the girll to penetrate. Refrigerate untill ready to grill.3. Make a vinaigrette with the lime juice, garilc, olive oil and cilantro. 4. Grill or broil the prawns untill they are cooked. Remove prawns form the skewers and dress with vineaigrette. Serv warm.

easy mexican breakfast:

Migas-about 8 corn tortillas or more if you have more people3 eggs or more if you have more peoplearound 4-5 slices of bacon and again, more if more peoplesome chopped onion, as much as you likesalt, pepper, garlic

Cut tortillas into little squares. cut bacon into 1 inch pieces, finely chop the onion. beat eggs like you would scrambled eggs. cook bacon till almost done. add onions and tortillas. dont add any oil or butter, as the bacon will provide enough. when the tortillas are kinda crunchy, add eggs. stir up and cook like scrambled eggs, only with bacon, torillas and onions. add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. makes enough for 2-3 people. cover in chili sauce, and enjoy.

hahaha I need a friend who is in cooking school. tonight I made chicken breast slices dipped in egg and italian bread crumbs and I was proud of myself. hey ma! I didnt order out!

hahaha damn I could go for some migas or whatever they're called tomorrow morning. heh oh well guess it's Pops again.

I am good at cooking, can fix Almost anything. Got any other recipes?? Say for something like in the morning. :)Besides the usual breakfast with the bacon, sausage, and such type deal.

I wish i was eating that "usual" breakfast now :-( Oh well, orange juice and toast are as complicated as I get.

I would match a dry riesling with that. Just incase you get thirsty while youre eating your killer nico grilled scrimps.
