recent overhaul

overhauled truck last spring. less then 200 miles on it. everything was fine at first. and started giving me problems starting. then stopped starting all together. so i replaced the starter,nothing... battery, nothing... cables, nothing... in the mean time i have pop started it when need be. now that is getting harder to do... what the hell???? P.S. runs great once started!
it has slowly gotten worse. starter wont turn it over now. but as it got worse it would start without problem after warming up. i.e. pop start it run to town and back shut it off and would start with the key. let it set for a while would't start... now it doesn't matter... will not start with key. warm or not. and pop starting it has become harder.

I had the same problem recently, and mine was specifically that the starter was not grounded properly. That could end up being your issue as well, something not grounded as it should be...
