I'm trying to get some details about this and/or the TSB that goes along. I need to know the part number they might use to swap out the hose. I replaced this hose on my own awhile back and it fixed the issue. So far that part number has not been superseded and was only about $12.
If anyone has the actual tech PDF for this and could post it or at least provide the PN suggested to use for updated parts it would be appreciate.

TURBO HOSE - FUEL SMELL
Effective Date: April 28th, 2025

Summary

Affected vehicles might emit a fuel odor when using winter grade fuel due to fuel vapor permeation, which could be noticeable in or around the vehicle. However, there is no leakage of liquid fuel.

Risk

Owners of affected vehicles might notice a fuel odor in or around their vehicle. However, there is no leakage of liquid fuel.

Remedy

Dealers will remedy this issue by replacing the turbo hose with updated parts.

Thanks! We can always count on you for details.
However, the part number listed is ONE digit off of the hose I got and Nissan Parts show both hoses available for about the same price.

This is the hose I got last year:
11823-6RC4A

This is the hose the new TSB specifies:
A1823-6RC4A

I'm going to gamble and presume that since only the 1st character is different, its the same hose albeit maybe a difference supplier.
We have not smelled any FUME since I installed this hose so there isnt any point at this time to follow through with the recall/TSB.

But it would be interesting to know any differences IF there are.

When the part number is different then there's always some difference, manufacturer, application, or the part itself, but there's no way to tell exactly what the difference is unless it's obvious from markings or some other attribute. In this case there were three previous iterations, 11823-6RC1A, 11823-6RC9D, 11823-6RC2A, so your guess is as good as mine which ones kill the fumes and which ones are junk. The only one I'd be sure is junk is the original, -6RC1A. My best guess (and mind you it's just a guess) is that the two you listed are the only good parts, and the "A" prefix simply indicates stock specifically designated for the recall while the "1" version is for the production line and normal shelf stock. I base that on the fact that the "A" version shows no supersessions, even though it supersedes any and all parts removed for the recall. That would seem to mean it's not intended for the regular parts shelf, even if some of them may wind up there if they're over-produced.

Just received Voluntary Campaign P4A47. Back in February the dealership installed part # 11823-6RC4A. When I talked to the service manager if this campaign is required, he said I would recommend replacing it once again with the latest hose specifically designed for winter grade fuel. I did find 11823-6RC4A made a significant reduction in fuel order vs stock part, but not 100% during winter use. We will see if Nissan finally resolved this issue.
