Rear window defogger?

Does anyone know (confirm) whether the Rogue comes with a rear window defogger (equipped in any option/package)?

A rear window defogger can be very, very convenient, especially when you first get in your car and need to back out of somewhere and your window is all fogged up. But I do realize it is not a necessity; just a nice-to-have feature when its cold or wet outside.

If it doesn’t have a defogger, I guess I could apply some of that anti-fog (Rain-Ex) on the back window...regardless, it wouldn’t be a show stopper for me.

I think it's part of a package, the leather if I'm not mistaken. The local dealer got one in the other day and I went to sit in it and check it out. I remember the sticker saying heated + timed side mirrors and you almost always have a rear window defogger when you have heated outside mirrors. The side mirrors must be on a timer to prevent the elements from overheating the glass or something. My Rodeo has them, and they dry the water spots on the mirrors if I leave them on too long and I have to use glass stripper to get them clean again. Which is a no-no, but I do it anyway..hope this helps.

Rear defroster with timer is standard on all models. It was not listed in the original specifications on the Nissan News pages, but it is listed in the Rogue specs on the main Nissan USA site.

whew, I was a little worried since I didn't see it listed anywhere as a standard feature...thx all for that info.

My Rogue has a rear window defogger. It works well.
