This is a great accessory - makes rear load floor LEVEL

Very nice! That looks really good. My dealer just ordered one for me yesterday. Hopefully it will be in on Friday.

I've got a few questions for ya...Does it just drop into place without any hardware to hold it down? Can you still access the spare tire carrier screw thing with it in there?

Yes, it does just drop in. There are tether straps front and rear to secure it in place. It is a 5 minute install first time and even faster if needed to remove and reinstall.40% side (smaller) is lockable as well!!

I checked out a couple CUBEs that had and dint have that organizer.

I actually hated the one WITH the organizer. It made me feel like the rear was useless. That big empty space seems much more appealing to me. I guess it would be easier to hold my hockey bag. lol.

Does having the organizer effect the sliding (forward / backward) of the rear seat?

No, it does not affect rear seat. The lockable feature is great!!
