I think this is because of a regular diff and if I had an LSD it would pull striaghter? Also I have a 1996 240sx se.will the following fit without modification?S13, S15, I30

Sounds more like an alignment problem than a diff problem. Sounds like the toe is out of adjustment in the rear.

Pulling just when you get on it? Yes, then it would be the stock diff. I have an extra LSD for sale. Its on ebay right now. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...55207

I'm not a rocket scientist but I got a buddy with a ford truck 2wd with a posi and when he lights em up at a light, the back end goes loose to the left and it pulls to the right. so i don't think a lsd will help if its not alignment then it may be a seized bearing the differential or partly seized atleast.

I could be wrong, but didn't all SE S14's come with an LSD?

No, it was still an option on the se model. But I think all s14s in canada came with lsds

every reaction has an equal and opposite reaction. Engine turns drivetrain one way, body of car turns other way. It simply plants the tire on the left side more(causing the back to move to the right). The tire on the back right has less weight on it so it can't push that side of the car forward as fast as the back left tire that has more traction. LSD doesn't change anything cause my 95 SE has one.

I totally agree with scott. However alignment issues may magnify the problem. Also if any bushings are worn more on one side... there are lots of things but a consistant pulling to one side won't be solved just by a lsd.Bryce
