Rear disc brake conversion on 98 GXE

Hey guys, I picked up my little cousins 98 GXE for $1000 last month. I have been fixing it up slowly, although the car is very clean and solid it needed alot of little odds and ends that an anal retentive car owner like myself would deem as must haves. Well, it needs rear brake shoes soon and I would prefer to swap it to a rear disc setup rather than put new shoes on it, so my question is, what car and parts do I need to look for to complete this? Or is it even possible? I was thinking about trying to find an se-r or something of the same model year in the junk yard and get all the parts I need if I can. What are your thoughts?

i wonder if those brackets b15azn is selling for the 00-06 1.8's would work with some adjustments, check the axle and the set up for measurement sand you might get lucky
