How much horsepower/torque would one need to get the two front tires off the pavement in an 86 300zx with no weight reduction on the front end??

generally speaking it takes a 9 second car to lift the front tires, so to get a Z31 in stock weight to run 9's it woudl take a lto of traction, IE full wrinkle wall slicks and some sort of camber correction with enough spring rate to keep the rear from aquatting and adding camber thereby breaking tractionand holding the needed HP which int heis case si about 650 rwhp!

a lto of people make claims about packign tires btu with the rear dumping and the front extending the shocks a bit it can feel like lifting tires but it simply isn't

Way more than you can afford.
