Finally almost done
All that is left are the radiator hoses and the S14 ebrake cables and then it's the first start up and lots of system
and setup testing. I dont have much for pictures right now but I'll have alot to throw up once it's done and I will
get some videos up on youtube also.

Here are some pics of the mounts with the skyline motor mounts and Syko mounts.
Also the greddy oil filter and cooler block adaptor setup
Image

Huge 30.5mm Tanabe Sway bar, Modifyed oil pan, Kics magnetic drain plug
Image

Other side with the mounts, turbo lines so on
Image

GTR Wheels, 300ZX 30MM brakes and Volk Lug nuts in all their glory
Image

And the nasty Blitz Nur spec Exhaust
Image

Thanks guys
and let me know what you think
The next pictures I'll have will be the motor with all the carbon fiber and everything complete

Very Nice, but just to let you know you could of just used either an A31 Cefiro front sway bar from the RB20 model, or bought the sikky front sway bar for the rb/2jz/ls1 swap and not hack your pan up. i first used the a31 bar wich cleared the pan and nismo power brace, and i want a fatter bar so i sold my a31 bar and got a sikky front sway bar.

Here it is, dropped off the Samco RB25DET Radiator hoses and checked the fitment and they need alittle trimmiing like
others have said but they will fit near perfectly. Waiting on ebrake cables and breather hoses.

Nice work on the Corrado Craig it's looking really clean. We'll deffinitly go cruising togeather but I'm not sure you'll beable to keep up so I'll just stay in 1st gear for ya. And the loan? sorry I'm freakin tapped after this, I'm sure everyone on here just from my parts list and time can guesstimate how much money has gone into this. We will be up in maybe the next few weeks.

Ok here's is an update, sorry didn't get anymore pics yet.

The car was quickly started Wendsday and ran for a few then the front coil pack started to smoke and lit on fire!!!! I am assuming it was just a small flame but it sucked.

On top of that the water pump pulley was bent so at high rpm it would fly off

So that day I called JDM of Miami, where I got the engine and trans from and he had a set of coil packs with brackets, the water pump pulley and the breather hoses and he shipped them USPS Express from FL and I had them today. Rushed over to the garage and dropped off everything including the
S14 e-brake cables so I can now have a e-brake.

So if you need a part check with Carlos at JDM of Miami he's a great guy and has a large selection of parts in his warehouse, it cant hurt to ask if your looking for something you really need thats JDM.

Also I will have a huge amount of used and never used stuff for sale, examples are new never used just mounted Mishimoto oil cooler with block lines and cooler, new never opened apexi turbo timer, oem Nissan rb26/300sx oil filter new in boxes so on so forth

Had to get another new N1 water pump, mine was damaged in shipping so it wabbled, also got a new ignitor and ignition coil wiring sub-harness and some new injector connectors hopfully they work. I searched to see if I could find out what type I needed and I came up with EV1 connectors as what style they were, I'll let you know if they dont work or if they do. Heres some pics of the connectors, I got two types normal EV1's and Low profile EV1's .

EV1 and Low Profile EV1 Side by Side
Image

EV1 (Push down on the top and pull)
Image

EV1 Low Profile (Just press in on the sides and pull)

Sorry, I did find one actually out of my wifes old vert in the junk yard but your is alot better. But I cant spent anymore money until I get everything with the car straight. How much are you asking? I can also ask around and find you a buyer too, alot of people have been looking for one so you should have no problem finding a buyer.

Ok here's some actual updates with pics

It's running on 6 cylinders now, aparently it had an extra ground wire which wasn't even in the diagram.

Water pump issue is happening now.
Notice the origanal Water pump has just a single hole
but the N1 has a oblong hole? Well the hole is so big it doesn't match up to the block and coolant sprayed out. Needs to be welded and then re-drilled. I have 2 N1's and it was on both of them, probably because it's for the RB25 and RB26 I think.

Image

Sadly because of this it had to be torn apart (sucks but better now than later)
Image

Image

I love my cooling system though (greddy breather swirl tank)

Here's the Exhaust pics

Been so long since I saw the front on my car ha ha ha
:woohoo:

Image

I searched the car for rust and only found some bubbling in the bottom of the drives rear quarter but still easily fixable, and this in the passangers rear wheel well, not bad for the year but I need to fix these.

Image

So thats it for now. Hopfully by the end of next week I'll be driving it again.

YAY FOR UPDATES WITH PICS!!!

I am such a picture whore ha ha

It runs and drives pretty well except for a few issues.
Idle drops into a quick bog after a rev up.
Small crack in the oil pan but it's not dripping

And one bigger issue, the boost creeps up to 21PSI
Yeah on stock turbos kinda scary need to fix that ASAP

I pulled the bumper and bumper support and cut crap out for better cooling. And it ran 30 degrees cooler, before I was running 200-210 upto 220 with the turbos spooled but now its 160-190 with turbos spooled.

Also the car has an acronym, STAAT

Spins
Tires
At
All
Times

It spins the tires going 5 mph around a corner

Nice! Few questions:

1. How much did those R32 GT-R wheels cost? I'm having a hard time finding some.
2. Is your Greddy swirl pot higher than the highest coolant point of the engine?
3. What's your e-fan setup?

Thanks!

Sorry for the lack of updates, most of these are copy and paste from my 240sxone.com thread

Future front conversion this only R32 Dark Grey paint and different hood

Image

It just screams, YOUR F***ED

BBS LM Now my #1 choice for future wheels
Image

Finally Finished my Reciculation and fitted it in the car and it runs smoother but still boggy.

It did clear up the A/F ratio reading so now I can actually see where it is with out it hoping all around, IT'S RICH. Idle is at 12.8-13.4 I have to do a data log and see whats up on the Nistune and Logworks3, I need to check the timeing I have a feeling that is one issue.

This is the recirculation pipe after I hacked and slashed it and had it welded.
Image

This is it all done on the motor after another hack and slash, I fabed up all the pieces and had them all welded up and it sits really well in there.
Image

Here are some picks I took of the Overall raw values of everything in different RPM ranges. I think my timing is off but just from these numbers I cant quite tell, I haven't been doing this long. Currently waiting for some special size heater hoses for me to hopefully fix some bogging issues.

Image

Image

Image

Image

Image

Image

Finally got my Wideband to read on my Nistune, so here is my A/F Graph as of right now on my drive home from Starbucks.

Image

Anyone see's anything worth addressing, Timing, MAF's, A/F by all means please do.

The wife finally cleaned her car up so I had to take some pics and throw them up. Ha ha ha

Thanks Guys

Finally got the hoses I needed for the Blowby. I bought 2 feet of a 7/8" ID and 2 feet of 3/4" ID heater hoses from Stylin' motors Inc and a Brass 3/4" to 7/8" reducer from ACE.

It fixed all of the bogging and idleing issues except the ones caused by running to rich, but immediately the car drove so much smoother.
