It was tee'd into one of the vacuum hoses in the back of the intake manifold, I changed it back to a normal black line though. :P

I got rid of the fluttering by adjusting the BOV a little.

you are going to enjoy that 4.36 gear sooooooooo much with the kat, will make it feel so much faster. i had a buddy with a NA SR with just intake and exhaust with a R32 diff which has the same gearing as the 180, and he raced my other friend with a stock sr with exhaust, and intake, with the stock 4.10 gear, and the NA sr BEAT him. the higher gear really does make a difference. my buddy had a stock ka with a 4.36 and could slide 3rd gear at the track.

also, extremely clean swap razi. i admire your work man. looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor setup like that.

haha thanks.

I don't think my gearing is 4.36, I was told it was stock, not completely sure though. My RPM vs speed stayed the same... I think, I don't pay much attention to it these days.

I'm also sort of tempted to modify my front mount intercooler and decrease the size to increase response time.I feel like it is too big, 40% of it is covered up by the bumper support anyways.

im pretty sure you dont need the line hooked up where the pink one was. cause it puts pressure on the under side of the daiphram and will be pulling it down when off throttle. seems with that hooked into the vacuum source it would make it harder to open the bov causing compressor surge?

No, according to Turbonetics, it is setup that way for faster BOV response.Opens fine, so no complaints.

Chris28 uses this tune and runs almost the exact same KA-T setup as me and he drifts the heck out of his car, and I don't think he has had any problems with the tune, good stuff!
Haha I got a shout out in your thread! But yes I do run the tune, and it's an extremely solid tune.

Looking good as always, Razi. I love the interior, it looks awesome!

Haha thanks, yeah it isn't pretty but since it runs well I don't feel like messing with it anymore.Once I got really really bored and repainted my radiator brackets and other things glossy black.

I got pulled over once, but cop called my hotpipe my cold air intake, saying it's not certified or something, I nearly bursted out laughing. Then he was baffled when I pointed out my airbox, which I assured him was stock and pointed out the "NISSAN" lettering and everything.Guy still gave me a speeding ticket though.

I thought I was done once I got my headgasket issue sorted out, but I guess that was just because I was tired of fixing it.Now I want new seats, steering wheel, and coilovers.Ahhhhhhhh! It never stops.

I capped off the high point one, works great! It makes bleeding such a breeze.

By the way, on the topic of bleeding coolant, esahuque made a thread talking about a trick his dad talked about for bleeding the coolant that I thought was really clever. You prop the thermostat open with two aspirin pills to let the bubbles through, later they'll melt away and your thermostat will work regularly!

!!I got an e-mail today, asking how the door panel was done. Here is a copy-ish of what I sent him.

I didn't take pictures of the process though.
Doing the job is fairly simple if you take your time.First you've got to remove the door panel fabric, it's just glued on there so it should come off fairly easy, be careful still.

Then you've got to cut the removed fabric so it goes through the deepest section of the fabric. Be sure to leave some extra material around the edges, and where the door handle pops into. Now you have a template!

If you want to see how I cut through the fabric, take a look at the picture I took of my door panel and follow the red stitching, that's the path I took when I cut the fabric and it worked out fine.If you aren't using leather, some cloth materials can stretch, and might not need to be cut into two pieces.

Then trace the pattern onto the fabric you want to use, and then you sew it together!I glued it on there with this high strength glue from the local fabric shop, it came in a can so I brushed it on there and worked slowly and carefully with my dad.

As you're gluing it on, push the material into the edges, make sure to apply a thin layer of glue before pushing it in. I used the side of a small flathead screwdriver.
Also here are some quick pictures of the rear seats, the flash made them look weird, though.I still need to find a black speaker panel thingy for the back, and black seatbelt buckles.

Also, Broadfield has good info on doing the door panels and rear seats!zer...age=5

Hey Razi, how are you liking the new rear brake setup?

I've got Qs on the front also and this looks like an easy upgrade to do, especially seeing as I need new rear pads.

Oh yeah, are you using the stock s13 master cylinder still too?

Yep, stock master cylinder. I'll probably keep it that way, I like how stiff the pedal feels right now.I drove my car around a bit today, and I love this setup, stops in a hurry.I probably will keep it like this for a long time.

I wish I knew how to sew. I want to re-do my door panels.

But everytime I try, it turns into a disaster and I end up having to get new door panels..... :P

I had my mom do mine for me.

Or be a cool like Broadfield and put in Bride fabric.
