I don’t detect any gas odor in the trunk or around the tank at all. All in the engine bay. I’ll check the evap plumbing as best as I canVStar650CL wrote: ↑Sun Aug 01, 2021 3:49 pmCheck the plumbing on top of the tank, small leaks there will be nose-detectable but the liquid will generally evaporate without reaching the ground. Check your evap plumbing as well, various clogs or pinches in the ORVR and purge systems can cause detectable vapor.
Many G50 with aftermarket fuel hose will 'seep' from the offending hose (usually under the octoplenum, unfortunately).Infinitiace1992 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 01, 2021 5:06 pm

tightening the clamps will help, but may re-cur.
Note to garage ascent if monitoring this thread....be sure you line up your clamp heads for the fuel hose so you can access them after the upper plenum re-installed. Even with genuine nissan hose, which doesn't typically leak, you may find this useful.
I hope it’s not the injectors as they were just replaced a few months ago via VH PERFORMANCE. It could be as they are not OEM injectors and I already had to replace two of them.98_Q45 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 04, 2021 1:25 amI had this issue on mine, changing the fuel injectors got rid of it. And that wasn’t the actual issues I was looking for, but it worked.
I need to find a shop with a strong air hose so I can blow out the remaining charcoal bits in the purge line. Tried using tire inflator but would only spray out a small pile before blowing off again.
