Nice Build bro!!!I have off from Dec 22 to Jan 2ndSo if you need a extra set of hands let me know.I'm down for a road trip.

But I'm a bit dissapointed.I saw the title and immediately thought of mad max. I'm hoping there's gonna be some kinda crazy crash bars and artillery involved. lol

awesome.

to the OP nice things are comin together well. your engine is the only other one using the HKS rail that ive seen so far. its a sweet lookin setup when u add the cam gears and timing belt. thats on my list next

I think it depends on what color the car is gonna be.If its gonna be a more darker color or if your going to paint the bay black then i say keep the Chrome covers.

Also from the looks of it you still have the red valve covers on.Have you thought about maybe a combination of both.Leave it just like it is maybe, with the red valve covers and the chrome front and middle peice, that would be diffrent. Its hard to tell what it looks like from the picture.

True, the color of the car is a toss up right now, but the bay color most likely will be a neutral color.

A outside shot of the engine's turbo side...

If the bay is gonna be a neutral color i say keep the red then that way you have some kind of contrast. If you get to many lighter colors/chrome parts mixed to gether in an engine bay then IMO it gets kinda bright and to much. So with haveing the covers a darker red i think it will balance out nicely.

What kind of nuetral color are you thinking about? A light grey would look good or maybe an offwhite color.imo.

If you def. decide to go with a light grey then i would def keep the red covers, grey and chrome are to close of a color to really make the engine stand out.

It's the largest rail that I'm aware of. Custom made by the good ol' boys down under. Can run -12AN lines straight through.
