Rattling Window!

Okay, i just recently started smoking cigarettes again. I did when i was 14 and quit when i was 15. Now i just recently picked it up again and i vowed that i would never smoke in my car. But earlier this week i was stuck in traffic and it was driving me crazy so i had a cigarette. The traffic started moving again so i tossed the cigarette away but i left my window down slightly and there was a rattling noise comming from the window that was driving me insane. It's only the drivers side window that does it, and it only rattles when its open slightly. When it's open all the way or almost all the way it doesnt do it. I know that this was a problem in the previous years for Armadas... but is it common for the 2008's? And also... does anyone know exactly what is making the noise or if i can have the dealer fix it? Thanks guys.
