Rattling when parked !

My car makes a rattling noise when parked, or accelerating. But when the car gets its speed in the road it stops rattling, the noise sounds from the exaust but I have no idea what the problem is?

It's not a aftermarket exaust, it's a stock exaust.

most likely it's being caused by loose heat shields, they are mounted in various places where the exhaust gets close to the body of the car. They rust and rattle over time, you can replace them or just remove them.
