Radiator Fan keeps blowing fuse

Hi everyone, thank you in advanced for your help. I have a 2012 Nissan Versa Sedan S and every time I turn the car on and let it run for a while the fuse pops for the radiator fan. I had installed an aftermarket amp, speakers, and subwoofer a few months back an I initially thought that the sound system may have been the cause of the fuse problem, but I just disconnected the power supply to the amp and my fuse still blows. I think the fan may have an issue itself. Does anyone know if the sound system would be the issue or its just a malfunctioning radiator fan?
