*Fixed* Joe got back to me within an hour and expressed the parts over night. Go Racingline!

Just opened my package I have been dieing for for the past 4 months. Look what I find,

Where the F**K is my other bushing! the lube I can get anywhere but F**K! A bushing? I know mistakes happen but gosh . . . I been waiting for over 4 months to put this on. I could have gone to Stillen and had theirs in 1 day installed.

I emailed Racingline but I probably wont here from them till Monday -Tuesday.

I am so P!ssed!

I haven't looked at my stock swaybar, but can you re-use the stock bushings? if there are any?

I'm guessing its too thick for the stock bushings.... that's why they come with new ones, or are supposed to anyways

I am not sure, but none the less I paid for a product and I should get everything I paid for. Plus this bar is really beef, may be afraid to use a stock bushing

That sucks dude but I would have talked to them via e-mail before making a post like this. I just bought the rear endlinks deal and it's shipping but I bought the Stillen rear sway bar instead.

I shouldn't have to hide the problems I have with other companies. Depending how Racingline handles this will affect how we look at them. I expect nothing less then an expedited bushing and lube.

I also have no doubt they will, Joe is a very nice guy and have a lot of customers here. I just need him to read my email already

I understand mistakes happen, I am just mad how much I have been waiting for this product to be shipped short supplies.

ATTN Joe and Forum members,

The rear sway bar does have some issues. I finally got some time Sunday after work to throw this beefy bar on. The first problem I ran into was that the holes on the bar are a tad too small. I went to a friends house and burnt through 2 drill bits widening them just a little. Next issue was that the endlink bolt was too short (I have Racingline endlinks). Made a trip over to lowes and got a 1/2 inch longer bolt. Lastly the bar is not marked which way to install. The first attempt I put it in the wrong way, made it impossible to get on the endlinks. I turned it around and everything fit fine.

After the test drive, all I can say is . . . Wow. Its a must.

The Bolts that come with the Racingline endlinks are long enough, it's just that when the endlink is installed, the top doesn't allow you to move and extend much cause of the pressure the bushings create.

If installing with Racingline endlnks make sure to only thread the nuts on both ends a few threads to allow the link to move a bit. Once both side are in ( the mount and the sway bar) then lock them down. I guess I should update the instructions for that.

As for the holes issue. It turns out the benders that produced these for us did in fact use a 3/8 bit by mistake (3/8=9.52mm no the 10mm required). Only 9 bars went out with this slight defect and an email was sent out to ALL those effected except "bembol" who brought this too my attention. ALL remaining stock has since been fixed and has the correct holes in it.

Needs to be 10mm

I just went off the stock sway bar hole.

WARNING! It is not easy. Joe made this bar insanely hard. It took a good 30-40min to drill 2 holes. We went through 2 bits and almost blew the drill. It was literally smoking when we were done.

It was a cheap Corded drill, don't even attempt on a cordless (you would go through 10 batteries).

If you or a friend do not have a drill that can handle the job, try just going to a shop, should take them 10 minutes.

My buddy who helped drill mine builds motorcycles out of his garage, and it still took us some time, but 2 six packs later we were even

Depends which ones you want to use. I just did the two bottom ones. I didn't care to drill all 4 holes after getting the first two done.

the bottom two as in the two closest to the ends, or the two closest to the center of the bar. and are those 4 holes the "adjustable" part of the bar, if so which one would be more stiff?

To be honest, I am not sure which is stiffer. I did the two closer to the center of the bar.

Stillen does not include bushings with its RSB. I used the stockers and they are a bit tight but do the job.

Look at the bar, The bushings go on the outside of those little notches.

Make sure to use the lube, use as much as you can evenly on both.

The bushing actually has a cut on one of the sides, you have to strongly force it on the bar. Time to be king kong!
