Someone else had a similar issue on this forum and they had mentioned that they got the car tuned and it drives much better. I'll consider that option after I get the intake installed.1GR8M56S wrote:my problems seams as if shifts ahead of time, probably less than a 1/4 mile after normal take off its in 5th gear, ive done the reset cpu write up they had but nothing i notice changes when i would change the in take filters somewhat
We all owe your buddy a huge thanks for taking time out of his busy day and making multiple trips to R2C allowing them to design and fit an intake for the VK56VD. Hopefully they'll contact him soon to get the intakes installed and also take photographs for the installation instructions.BlackCat81 wrote:My buddy is STILL waiting for his installation, just a friendly update.

Nope, just some left over M35 stuff (one of which also fits the Y51).1GR8M56S wrote:i see your selling parts you getting rid of the 56?
Yeah I posted that awhile ago. Like I mentioned I tried to follow up with them earlier this week and normally I get a prompt a response, but in this instance I have not heard back.1GR8M56S wrote:we definitely need to know on the previous post it said 1 to 2 months
Right...hoping they stick to that area and don't escalate it on us with reasons such as "small demand, etc'"...we're still waiting on a concrete price from them...but hoping it's in the neighborhood.infinitedrift wrote:Think it will be between $350-400 based off the price of their single intake prices.
