263K and finally I got a chip in a lens that poked a hole all the way though. Am I going to have to replace the entire assembly? Or can I "just" replace the lens?

Assembly are the only new parts available.............junkyard/ebay for used.

small chip with small hole? if so,a little clear silicon like used to seal aquariums will get it done.

Or get an auto glass company to repair it with epoxy like they do windshields. Most charge around $50 to do it at your location.I think that would be better and more permanent.
