A great resource for Nissan Sentra, Infiniti G20, 200sx, Pulsar, NX1600, NX2000, Tsuru, Primera and Sunny owners.

i can't speak for an '03 but i just put a 17" X 8" wheel with a 45+ offset on my '07. there's still plenty of clearance on both the inside and outside. i would say you're probably safer with a 40+ offset but if all they have is 35 you will probably still be ok. the tire will more than likely be flush with the fender, do you have your car lowered and where are you worried about rubbing?

You're going to have to roll the fenders even with a 215 series tire on there.

For a 17X8 the offset needs to be a good +40 ish on the B15. Higher and it will rub inside, lower and it will rub the fender.

i have a 18x7.5 with a 40 offset... the wheels are almost at the fender...

i like my car slammed, and with a lower offset than stock they rub a lot..

with a 35 offset and wider wheels you are either going to have run right under the fender seam, or stick out by a few mm's... i think it would look butch... go for it!
