i bought rims like 5 months ago but i have to wait to put them on cuz they need 195/6015s and i have stock 195/65/15s so the rim width was wrong. Ive been loking all over for cheap tires, i have almost nothing to spend and i really want these rims on. Someone in my neighborhood is giving away free 205/70/15s but its first come first serve, and they are brand new. I hope they fit the rim width and wont look silly on my car.

Well, they'll certainly make your V look like a 4x4... they may ALSO rub because the V's tires aren't supposed to be that tall. You may have suspension clearance issues.

Also, your speedometer and odometer will not read accurately if you use these tires, so you're going to have to inform anyone you sell the car to that the odometer doesn't read the correct mileage.

Your new tire will be 1.8 inches taller and your speedo will be off 7.5%http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
