Questions on a Kouki swap for my 84Z

I am getting ready to do the Kouki swap on my 84 and just wondering what you guys have done to make the headlamp assembly's fit .

On Radare's Old site it showed that you must hammer the lower mount points on the body. I do know where you have to cut, etc. but not real Keen on getting hammer crazy on the Z .

Just looking for input from someone who has done one . Thanks!
