alright i didnt want to post twice for some short questions. how do you get the windows in the upper tracks? the pin at the top back of the window is not in correctly.and for my second question. is there any down sides to running 2 different size electric fans? i already own a 14 inch fan and was wondering if i could pair it with a 12 inch? thanks

I never took the door glass out of the Z32 but is most cars the track is bolted in and you can unbolt it form the side and or bottom of the door untill you get the glass in then align it, again I never did this on the z32 so you might want to have a look at the fsm

as for electric fans, the important thing is moving enough air, either your fan(s) will or won't move enough air, personally I've foudn that unless you spend quite a lot of money on electric fans you don't get the air flow you need and a well installed and shrouded electric fan will far otu flwo one thats just stuck against the radiator, for thsi reason the mechanical is favored

thanks evildky, looks like you were a busy man. you posted on like 20 topics. how many cfms does it take to cool the vg30de? i did not skimp in the fan department they are quality fans with good shrouds. one is a 12inch bc the rad. is only 27 inch and i dont have room for over hang if i put two 14" fans in there. they push 3750cfm i believe (together). i looked at the setup z1 sells and it only flows 3000cfm.
