Hey, just have two questions that hopefully someone can answer without TOO much fuss ^_^
1.) I recently got a replacement side view mirror button controller and the one I got had an extra switch. theres the switch the controls which mirror your moving (the L or R), the directional pad in the middle, then there's this unmarked dial on the right of the pad. it toggles like the mirror selector controller toggle, but I have NO idea what it could possibly be used for. I have an '89 s13 so this may be some added function in later models. anyone have an answer on what this mystery switch is supposed to control?
2.) Another question. My instrument panel has the digital speedometer and I really love it (always get comments about it whenever someone sits in the car ^_^). I was just wondering if anyone possibly made different inserts for the gauges like the one's i've seen on the analog panels. Most of the gauges are exactly the same (except for one, either the gas or temperature gauge, cause in the digital, they are placed on top of each other and both oriented slanted to the right, instead of on opposite sides of the panel), but I've never seen any actual pictures of an aftermarket kit. Does anyone make one? Also, if I was to switch to the sr20det, i've heard the redline is higher than the stock KA (I believe 7000?) and a new higher gauged tachometer is recommended. Would it be possible to keep the digital speedometer I still have if I was to swap in a new tach? Thanks!
