questions about headers

i want to buy headers for my 2005 Altima SE-R.. the thing i dont want to change the rest of the exhaust system and i dont want it to be much louder. Will i notice gains from the headers if i dont change the exhaust? what about noise? will the car be much louder with just the headers in it? i dont want to mess with the noise because i have CAI and i love how it sounds that way...

u will still hear the sound of the intake with the headers on .and yes get a litle bit louder but sound sick!!! 05 grey/atima se-r
