First of all, I wanna know which will be the good intake and exhaust for my 2.5 Altima Coupe.

and also, what is the differences between Cold air and one that is not mentioned?

What kind or what type and what benefits are there for each types of intake and muffler? and which one is most efficent?

I am no expert!

For my 2.5 I went with the K&N Typhoon intake and Nismo Cat back exhaust.

I Love my K&N, awesome sound, even get a whistle when i hit the gas.

From my knowledge I believe the cooler the air going into your engine will increase performance. which is why on a cold day you will run a faster quarter mile then on a hot day (as long as you have the grip).

For an exhaust the wider pipes allow for more exhaust fumes to exit more efficiently. which in turn allows for more performance.

Like i said, i am not an expert, i am sure you can Google these question and answers will appear.

But I recommend the K&N because it was a heat shield and Exhaust will depend what your looking for, Greddy is the best performance but is very load, Nismo sounds awesome, not annoying, and looks clean.
