I just got mine today. The lip was sorta bent a little bit to fit into the box. When I pulled it out has a few spots where the shape is messed up cuz of how it was stuffed in the box. Did anyone else's come like this? Are the auto body shops able to "reshape" it, maybe with a heat gun??

Also, there was no Stillen bucks from the Fathers day sale in the box. Im guessing this comes mailed seperately? Anyone know?

The stillen bucks have always come with the package for me. Call them and Im sure they will make it right.

Post pics of the spoiler. The urethane is pretty flexible, so it may be fine. But I would still post it up to make sure.

I have another question. For anyone that has done the install by themselves, one is it difficult and two do you have an suggestions/tips . Mine has been painted and sitting in my basement since November!

I'll give them a call today and see what they have to say. I was suprised how flexible the urethane was, however when I took it out of the box there was some sections of it still bent out of shape and if I bent them myself they would just go right back. Thats what concerns me.

Installing is a breeze, very straight forward. I had the bent lip problem too and it was solved after installing the lip onto the car.

Mine showed up the same way but there really was no problem. After it got painted and installed it took the shape of the car. It looks great!

i bought the lip kit along with drop springs and i also emailed stillen about my bucks..he responded that the lip is on overstock? so it doesn't get any bucks ._. so he will only be sending me the bucks for the drop springs

My Stillen bucks always came mailed separately.

My lip was bent from packaging too. But a trial fit on the car was perfect and after a few days sitting under my bed (yes, my bed) and it magically restored itself to proper shape. The urethane seems to have a 'memory'.

And yes, it and my eyelids don't appear in any pics because I'm waiting on paint...

I contacted Stillen and they said the Stillen bucks would be mailed separately. They also said it may take a couple days for the lip spoiler to retake shape. I just checked it tonight and it looks a lot better and I think with it fitted on the car it will be fine.

Can anyone that got the lip or trunk spoiler post what they paid to get them painted and/or installed? Would you recommend getting the trunk spoiler installed or doing it myself? It looks pretty easy once you get the positioning correct.

What does he mean by the lip is on "overstock"? The girl I talked to didn't really tell me how much bux I'm getting but I dont see why we shouldn't be getting it for the lip.

I'll keep you updated.

Please forward me the emails that you had with your salesman so I can get this corrected for you. The front lip is most definitely NOT on over-stock and is elligible for the STILLEN buck promotion.

Thanks!

My email address is [email protected]

EDIT: Nevermind, I just found your order in the computer system I will have this resolved immediately. Please shoot me an email though with the name of the person that you spoke with here. Thanks!

So what did everyone end up paying for it to be painted and/or installed?
