question about fujita cai

hey, was the cai supposed to come with an emissions tag or decal saying that it is legal? My friend was asking me and i didnt know. he said i might not pass smog. he also said it might be engraved on it, but i havent checked. any help? Also, no rebate came with it. gah...

it depends what state. Cali needs that carb exempt sticker. I never needed it but some cops will say its illegal. I'm in Arizona now and had no problems transfering my registration. Call fujita they might have a sticker. Or check with ur local dealer

is this intake even CARB exempted? i was sure AEM was the only one right now. it is suppose to come with a sticker that you can either put on the intake or inside the car's engine bay, having a piece of paper will not work for CA cops. so your only option is to contact the company and see if it is legal and if they can send you a sticker.
