Hello I just purchased a used 2004 Quest with 48K miles. I am averaging 19MPG City and 20.5MPG on the Highway. It was getting a lot less MPG when I first got it. Then I put in a K&N Air filter. Also I don't think it helps that the van was fitted with Maxima wheels. They are low profile and wider than the original wheels. Wider mean more performance for cornering but your MPG's will take a hit. What ever wheels you have make sure you put more the the recommended amount without going over the Max. PSI. Good Luck
