Hey. I purchased my Y33 1/05. In 7/06, I gave my car a tune up. During that month, I've put on ceramic pads, changed the spark plugs, changed the transmission fluid, switch to K&N air filter (but now peoples say that it's actually bad), and change the oil (5w-30) every 3k miles. I know there are things that I haven't changed on my car, so could people please assist me with telling me certain things that needs to be changed.

Things that I haven't done since purchase that needs to be:1) Flush the anitfreeze fluid. I've been hearing a lot about some red dex fluid but some people say stick with the green stuff. Any suggestions?

2) Change the fuel filter

3) Put new rotors around my car.

What else is there to do? Thanks.

I don't usually get involved in non Q or Y models, however just like any automobile you must change all fluids and filters frequently.

Things like spark plugs, pads and rotors, shocks and tires anything rubber are wear items not covered under warranty so they must be replaced frequently as they wear and go out of spec.

stick with green stuff because red stuff will sometimes eat away at your heater core and radiator from what i have heard in the past

The color is a DYE to tell you or lie to you about the additive chemistry.

Red MOAT or OAT AF is the least agressive of the bunch. If you change or refortify AF every year or two it doesn't matter what you use.As with all fluids frequent replacement is the key to system longevity.

The red showed problems with mixed iron/aluminum engines ONLY!

Actually, that's the Cliff's Notes.

The real meat is here in the posts. A little gravy too if you spend the time.
