Q45a Wheel Bearing Noise

my 1994 Q45a, 75,000 miles seems to be making a road noise which is evident on smooth black top when everything else is quiet. It is the type of noise typically associated with rotation of the wheel and changes with the speed of the vehicle. Is it likely to be a wheel bearing or a tire noise? Any thoughts on how to isolate it?

Raise the wheel off the ground and turn it by hand while listening with a mechanics stethscope. Seems too few miles to have that go bad. Wheels are definitely a possibility. All wheels, or just 1?

Seems to be just one. Other advice in the tire forum is it might be because I had the tires rotated
